Leighton Meester (a.k.a Blair Waldorf) wore technically the same Jenny Packham dress with Kate Middleton. The Dutchess of Cambridge Kate and Queen B of the teen royalty Blair looked both gorgeous and glamorous. Though the gossip girl character Blair Waldorf looked more "royally" beautiful than the real life princess Katherine. The gossip girl Princess of Monaco had the perfect hair for a dress like that, while the "Princess of England" didn't take care of the hairstle as she should have.
